Effects of Pilot Fuel Ratio on Combustion Process:Flow Field Structure and Pollutant Emissions

As the only controllable means of a micro gas turbine(MGT)combustor during unit operation,pilot fuel ratio(PFR)is the key to achieving stable combustion and low pollutant emission.This paper discusses the influence of PFR on the inner flow field structure and pollutant emissions.The steady-state three-dimensional RANS method with a 40-step reduced methane-air kinetics mechanism is used to study the reaction flow field and species field with PFR of 9.0%,12.7%,15.2%and 17.6%.Results show that,with the decrease in PFR,the axial velocity and temperature near the central axis of the combustion chamber show a tendency to decrease.A similar separation phenomenon occurred in the core pyrolysis reaction zone(measured by HCO)and oxidation zone(measured by OH),which is more conducive to promoting the oxidation of CO.The quantitative effect of the pilot flame on nitrogen oxides(NO_(x))was separated by using inert gas instead of nitrogen in combustion air.It was found that the NOx produced by the pilot flame under the operation condition with a PFR of 9.0%was 3.2×10^(−6),accounting for 17.4%of the total NOx emission,which was twice that of PFR. 展开更多

通过在人工气候箱内设定温度和光周期梯度单虫饲养观察个体发育史,研究了温度和光周期对虎斑蝶Danaus genutia幼期生长发育的影响,研究结果可为该高观赏价值蝶种的规模化养殖提供依据。结果显示:在长光照(LD=15∶9)条件下,温度17.5℃、2... 通过在人工气候箱内设定温度和光周期梯度单虫饲养观察个体发育史,研究了温度和光周期对虎斑蝶Danaus genutia幼期生长发育的影响,研究结果可为该高观赏价值蝶种的规模化养殖提供依据。结果显示:在长光照(LD=15∶9)条件下,温度17.5℃、20.0℃、22.5℃、25.0℃、27.5℃、30.0℃时虎斑蝶卵的平均发育历期分别为9.29 d、4.90 d、4.91 d、3.97 d、3.54 d、3.20 d,幼虫的分别为38.04 d、17.89 d、17.13 d、10.82 d、9.92 d、10.20 d,蛹的分别为22.71 d、13.72 d、12.00 d、7.73 d、7.46 d、6.80 d;在短光照(LD=9∶15)条件下,温度17.5℃、20.0℃、25.0℃、30.0℃时虎斑蝶卵的平均发育历期分别为9.04 d、8.20 d、4.11 d、3.04 d,幼虫的分别为30.08 d、18.54 d、13.29 d、9.54 d,蛹的分别为21.19 d、13.40 d、9.64 d、6.38 d。虎斑蝶卵的发育起点温度和有效积温最小,分别为11.10℃和55.15 d·℃;其次是蛹,分别为13.46℃和98.95 d·℃;幼虫最大,分别为14.06℃和131.62 d·℃。结果表明:温度是影响虎斑蝶幼期发育速率的主导因素,光照与幼期各虫态的发育历期相关性均不显著。在养殖生产上,建议将幼期养殖温度控制在20.0~27.5℃,光照并非养殖生产中需要重点管理的条件,采用自然光照即可。 展开更多

Under the influence of the information technology revolution,the teaching method,as the way to impart teaching content or the means to realize teaching content,has undergone a process of constant evolution and transformation.This transformation is still ongoing.In order to explain this phenomenon,we establish a three-dimension analysis framework of"ECONOMIC BASE-INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY-CULTURE".All kinds of logics involved in them are closely linked,thus influencing each other.At the same time,these aspects constantly affect the historical trajectory of the evolution.Based on the above analysis framework,the paper uses the historical approach to expound the evolution path on teaching methods in China since ancient times and divides it into four stages.Combined with the practical problems and interview results,we rethink the present information teaching methods.In the end,some suggestions are put forward in order to promote the further development of education-related fields. 展开更多

The application of phase-change materials (PCM)for thermal-energy storage is hampered by their low thermal conductivity.Copper particles (CP)and copper foam (CF)were used to enhance the thermal conductivity of a microencapsulated phase-change material (MicroPCM).The effects of the CP size and mass fraction and the pore number per inch (PPI)of the CF on the thermal properties of the MicroPCM were investigated.The chemical and microstructures of the MicroPCM and its CP composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy,respectively. Their thermal conductivities,phase-change temperatures,and latent heats were measured.Adding CP into the MicroPCM decreased the latent heats with increasing loadings.The thermal conductivities of MicroPCM/CP (Swt%,50nm diameter)and MicroPCM/CF (PPI 30)were 1.12times and 3.46times that of the unmodified MicroPCM at 20℃,respectively.Thermal-energy storage performances of the MicroPCM/CF composites were studied at a power of 2.9±0.1W.The temperature of the contact surfaces of the pure MicroPCM and its composites (PPI 10,PPI 20,PPI 30)was 75.88,51.27,50.52,and 50.23℃,respectively.The composites displayed more uniform temperature distributions. 展开更多

Effect of the Structure Parameters of a Low Swirler on Premixed Characteristics

Combustion with lean premixed and low swirl is an effective way of flame organization.It can improve the flame stability and reduce NOX emission.In this kind of combustion,one of the most important issues is fuel/air premixed characteristics.How the structure parameters influence that issue is figured out through numerical simulation.The structure parameters concerned in the study are as follows.They are shape of blades,number of blades,location and shape of gas jet.The influences of them are analysed with comprehensive consideration of many aspects.With the same light shading rate and stagger angle,the axial swirler with curved blades has worse premixed uniformity and lower pressure loss than the one with straight blades.With the same structure of each blade,the decrease of the quantity of blades does influence the pressure loss,while the quantity of gas jets changes correspondingly.But it has little effect on premixed uniformity in a certain range.However,more blades make contribution to better premixed performance.When the total flow area is the same,the axial and circumferential positions of the fuel jets also greatly influence the premixing process.When the fuel jets are upstream the blades and locate at middle of the vanes,the premixing performance is the best.Meanwhile,the jet direction of the fuel jets is a very important influencing factor of the premixing process.When the fuel jet direction is oblique downward at an angle of 30°to the horizontal,the premixing effect is better than the horizontal outflow,which is better than the oblique upward structure. 展开更多

The precursore Zn(en)2S (en=ethylenediamine) were prepared via a solvothermal process from elemental sulfur and zinc using ethylenediamine as a solvent. Detailed characterizations of the infrared (IR) absorption spectrum, powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG) confirmed two en coordinated with Zn2+ to form a complex cation. The morphological property was also characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM ) and electron diffraction analysis (ED). Phase-pure hexagonal wurtzite ZnS products were obtained by annealing the precursor in nitrogen stream at about 900 ℃. Zn(en)2S showed a nanosize of about 30 nm, and ZnS of about 60 nm. The fluorescence spectra were also studied. PL results showed that Zn(en)2S excited a fluorescence at 452 nm. 展开更多

储能技术能够解决清洁可再生能源利用过程中存在的能量密度低、间歇性、波动大等问题,是促进我国乃至全球能源结构调整的关键技术。随着储能行业的快速发展,储能技术高水平人才的需求呈现井喷式增长。储能技术涉及动力工程及工程热物理... 储能技术能够解决清洁可再生能源利用过程中存在的能量密度低、间歇性、波动大等问题,是促进我国乃至全球能源结构调整的关键技术。随着储能行业的快速发展,储能技术高水平人才的需求呈现井喷式增长。储能技术涉及动力工程及工程热物理、电气工程、材料科学与工程、化学工程与技术等学科的知识,具有较强的学科交叉性,从而给储能领域人才培养带来了很大的难度。针对储能技术高水平人才培养难和人才严重匮乏问题,中国矿业大学开展了面向储能技术的跨学科拔尖创新人才培养探索与实践,通过增设储能技术专业课,拓展学生跨学科的理论基础;建立交叉学科团队指导模式,充分发挥创新导师团队的正面引导作用;利用高水平储能创新平台反哺教学,实现储能交叉学科产教研协同育人。以上探索与实践取得了良好的效果,对储能行业拔尖创新人才的培养具有借鉴意义。 展开更多

设置0(对照)、0.05、0.10、0.20 mmol/L CdCl2·2.5H2O等4种镉胁迫处理,采用水培法,测定不同镉胁迫处理下28占、黄华占、丰华占、黄粤占选、矮秀占、黄粤占6个镉抗性不同的水稻品种的幼苗高、幼根长、幼苗鲜质量、幼苗干质量、叶片... 设置0(对照)、0.05、0.10、0.20 mmol/L CdCl2·2.5H2O等4种镉胁迫处理,采用水培法,测定不同镉胁迫处理下28占、黄华占、丰华占、黄粤占选、矮秀占、黄粤占6个镉抗性不同的水稻品种的幼苗高、幼根长、幼苗鲜质量、幼苗干质量、叶片叶绿素含量及其叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:不同镉胁迫处理下,6个供试水稻品种的幼苗高、幼苗根长、幼苗鲜质量及干质量随着镉胁迫浓度的增大而降低;镉胁迫高抗性水稻品种28占和黄华占与镉胁迫中等或低抗性的丰华占、黄粤占选、矮秀占、黄粤占相比较,其幼苗高、幼苗根长、幼苗鲜质量与干质量在镉胁迫下均表现出显著的优势,能保持一定速度的幼苗生长及物质累积;随着镉胁迫处理浓度的增大,6个供试水稻品种的叶绿素含量均呈下降趋势,光合作用PSⅡ的初始荧光参数(F0)均逐渐增加,潜在最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)均逐渐降低,其光化学转换的实际量子效率(ФPSⅡ)和电子传递效率(ETR)均降低;不同镉胁迫抗性的水稻品种间的苗期生长及光合性能存在明显差异,黄粤占与矮秀占2个镉胁迫低抗性水稻品种的苗期生长性能比28占、黄华占2个镉胁迫高抗性水稻品种及丰华占、黄粤占选2个镉胁迫中等抗性水稻品种的抑制程度低,其光合性能破坏程度比28占、黄华占、丰华占、黄粤占选的高。 展开更多

基于厘米级高分辨率无人机影像,应用面向对象方法(Object-Based Image Analysis,OBIA)对吉林省伊通县椽子沟流域的横坡改垄、地埂植物带、生态恢复乔木林、生态恢复草地等水土保持措施进行自动精准识别。应用超绿指数(Excess Green Inde... 基于厘米级高分辨率无人机影像,应用面向对象方法(Object-Based Image Analysis,OBIA)对吉林省伊通县椽子沟流域的横坡改垄、地埂植物带、生态恢复乔木林、生态恢复草地等水土保持措施进行自动精准识别。应用超绿指数(Excess Green Index,ExG)、超红指数(Excess Red Index,ExR)、归一化差异指数(Normalized Difference Index,NDI)等光谱指数,形状的主方向、形状指数等形状特征,均值(Mean)、方差(Variance)、对比度(Contrast)等纹理特征进行措施的特征提取。结果表明:研究区水土保持措施识别的总体精度可达91.24%,Kappa系数为0.87;对垄台、垄沟等线性水土保持措施总体精度可达72.33%,Kappa系数为0.63。基于厘米级无人机影像,应用面向对象方法基本可实现对黑土区水土保持措施的精准识别,也可对垄台垄沟等线性措施进行自动识别,研究结果可为水土保持措施实施范围及完好程度的动态监测提供参考依据。 展开更多
