In this letter, an efficient and low-complerity coding algorithm called embedded optimal coefficient scaling (EOCS) is proposed. It optimizes the distribution of the wavelet coefficients in every threshold plane and provides an efficient embedded quadtree-partitioning scheme to encode the image. Experimental results show that the presented method cannot provide peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) performance up about 2~6 dB better than set partitioning in hierarohical trees (SPIHT) without the OCSF scheme, but also support both efficiently lossy and lossless compression in single bitstream.展开更多
文摘目的探讨针对2型糖尿病患者采用分级诊疗对其血糖控制效果与并发症预防效果的影响。方法 196例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各98例。对照组患者采用常规诊疗方式,观察组患者给予分级诊疗模式。将两组患者的血糖控制效果与并发症预防情况进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)分别为(6.2±0.5)mmol/L、(9.8±0.6)mmol/L、(6.1±0.4)%,均低于对照组的(6.8±0.8)mmol/L、(10.9±0.9)mmol/L、(6.5±0.3)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的腰围、体质量指数(BMI)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、甘油三酯(TG)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为11.2%,低于对照组的28.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对2型糖尿病患者采用分级诊疗模式不仅能够积极保障良好的血糖控制效果,也可有效预防相关并发症的发生。
