摘要
目的探讨针对2型糖尿病患者采用分级诊疗对其血糖控制效果与并发症预防效果的影响。方法 196例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各98例。对照组患者采用常规诊疗方式,观察组患者给予分级诊疗模式。将两组患者的血糖控制效果与并发症预防情况进行比较。结果治疗后,观察组的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)分别为(6.2±0.5)mmol/L、(9.8±0.6)mmol/L、(6.1±0.4)%,均低于对照组的(6.8±0.8)mmol/L、(10.9±0.9)mmol/L、(6.5±0.3)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后的腰围、体质量指数(BMI)、舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)、甘油三酯(TG)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率为11.2%,低于对照组的28.6%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对2型糖尿病患者采用分级诊疗模式不仅能够积极保障良好的血糖控制效果,也可有效预防相关并发症的发生。
Objective To discuss the effect of grading diagnosis and treatment on blood glucose control and prevention of complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 196 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 98 cases in each group. The control group received conventional diagnosis and treatment, and the observation group received grading diagnosis and treatment. The blood glucose control effect and occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the fasting blood glucose(FPG), 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 h PG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c) were(6.2±0.5) mmol/L,(9.8±0.6) mmol/L and(6.1±0.4)% in the observation group, which were lower than(6.8±0.8) mmol/L,(10.9±0.9) mmol/L and(6.5±0.3)% in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in waist circumference, body mass index(BMI), diastolic blood pressure(DBP), systolic blood pressure(SBP), triglyceride(TG) before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05). The incidence of complications was 11.2% in the observation group, which was lower than 28.6% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Grading diagnosis and treatment can not only ensure the blood glucose control effect of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, but also effectively prevent the occurrence of related complications.
