摘要
目的 探讨综合治疗措施对无创呼吸机辅助通气患者效果及依从性的影响.方法 选取慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者96例,随机分为对照组(n=46)与观察组(n=50),对照组采用常规治疗措施,观察组采用综合治疗措施治疗.比较两组治疗效果及依从性.结果 治疗后两组患者PO2显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者PO2显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的PCO2显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的PCO2显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者的依从率94.00%,对照组患者依从率68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率8%,对照组并发症发生率22.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 综合治疗措施能提高患者无创呼吸机辅助通气治疗效果,患者的依从性显著提升,具有较高的临床应用价值.
Objective The effect of comprehensive treatment on the efficacy and compliance of patients with non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation. Methods A total of 96 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the control group(n=46)and the observation group(n=50). The control group received routine treatment and the observation group used comprehensive treatment measures. The two groups of treatment effects and compliance were compared. Results After treatment,the PO2of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05). After treatment,the PO2of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05). The PCO2of the patients was significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05). The PCO2of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05). The compliance rate of the observation group was 94.00%,and the compliance rate of the control group was 68.75%. The difference was significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8%,and the incidence of complications in the control group was 22.92%. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive treatment measures can improve the use of non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation in patients,and the patient's compliance is significantly improved,which has high clinical application value.
