摘要
目的：探讨开窗型支架腔内治疗近肾腹主动脉瘤的术中护理方法。方法对我科2011年2月至2015年4月19例近肾腹主动脉瘤行开窗支架型腔内修复术治疗的手术护理方法进行分析总结。结果19例患者均成功完成手术，手术配合顺利，无围术期相关并发症发生。结论熟悉各类腔内器械性能及术中操作流程，是开窗型支架腔内治疗腹主动脉瘤的术中护理要点。
Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation in treating juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm (JAAA) with fenestrated stent graft. Methods 19 cases with JAAA were treated with fenestrated stent graft from February in 2011 to April in 2015 in our department. The clinical data related to intraoperative nursing cooperation were analyzed. Results 19 cases were all successfully treated with intraoperative nursing cooperation, and there was no related complication. Conclusion Being familiar with endovascular instruments as well as the basic operating process is the key point for nursing cooperation in endovascular aneurysm repair with fenestrated stent graft.
