摘要
目的探讨人工膝关节置换手术的配合要点及护理方法,为临床护理配合提供相关依据。方法选取2015年2月-2016年10月本院收治的老年重度膝关节骨性关节炎患者30例作为本次研究的对象,所有患者均接受人工膝关节置换手术,分析总结膝关节置换手术的护理及配合要点,观察患者的膝关节功能恢复效果及术后并发症发生情况。结果 30例患者手术治疗后,HSS评分及膝关节屈曲度均明显优于手术前,患者的膝关节功能恢复优良率达到了93.33%,患者对护理工作的满意度为96.67%。另外,除1例患者因出现切口脂肪液化而导致手术切口延迟愈合外,其他患者均无术后并发症发生。结论人工膝关节置换术是恢复患者膝关节功能、提高患者生活质量的常用手术方式,通过良好的术前准备、术中配合以及术后护理,可以提高患者的手术效果,减少相关并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the main points and nursing methods of total knee replacement, and to provide the basis for clinical nursing cooperation.Methods from February 2015-October 2016 in our hospital were elderly patients with severe knee osteoarthritis in 30 cases as the research object, all patients underwent total knee replacement surgery, and summarize the main points of nursing analysis with knee replacement surgery, the functional recovery of knee joint and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed. Results Surgical treatment of 30 cases of patients, HSS score and knee flexion were significantly better than before the surgery, the patients' knee function recovery rate reached 93.33%, the satisfaction of patients to care for 96.67%.In addition, there were no complications in 1 patients except for the delayed healing of incision due to fat liquefaction,no other patients had postoperative complications.Conclusion Artificial knee replacement surgery is to restore the patient's knee function, improve the quality of life of patients with common surgical methods, through good preoperative preparation, intraoperative and postoperative care, can improve the patient's surgical results, reduce the incidence of related complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
