摘要
目的:探讨制订拆零药品目录的原则、依据和方法。方法:运用药物的基本概念,结合药品稳定性特点,通过相对量化的方式制订拆零药品目录。结果与结论:制订出我院门诊药品拆零目录,共包括79种拆零药品。科学地制订拆零药品目录既能够保证拆零药品的可行性,降低患者不必要的医疗开支,又能够避免过度和盲目拆零对药品质量和药房管理带来的不利影响,保证患者用药的安全性和有效性。目的:探讨制订拆零药品目录的原则、依据和方法。方法:运用药物的基本概念,结合药品稳定性特点,通过相对量化的方式制订拆零药品目录。结果与结论:制订出我院门诊药品拆零目录,共包括79种拆零药品。科学地制订拆零药品目录既能够保证拆零药品的可行性,降低患者不必要的医疗开支,又能够避免过度和盲目拆零对药品质量和药房管理带来的不利影响,保证患者用药的安全性和有效性。
[Abstrct]Objective:This paper is aimed to investigate the principle, basis and method for establishment of unpacked retail drug list. Methods:The list was established by relatively quantitative method based on the fundamental concept and stabilities of the drugs. Results&Conclusion:A total of 79 kinds of unpacked retail drugs were included in the established list in Central Hospital of Xuchang City. The scientific establishment of unpacked retail drug list can not only guarantee the availability of unpacked retail drugs and reduce the unnecessary medical costs of patients, but also avoid the adverse effects of the excessive and inappropriate repackaging on the drug quality and pharmacy management, and ensure the safety and effectiveness of medication in patients.
