摘要
以有效提高林农的创业意向为题,探索林农创业意向的影响因素,并针对影响因素提出有效提升林农创业意向的对策。研究发现,林农的资源水平和心理态度是影响林农创业意向的主要因素;政府可以通过加大对林农的创业资源投入、加强对林农的心理态度引导的方式有效提高林农的创业意向。
By effectively improve forestry farmer entrepreneurial intention as a topic, explore the influencing factors of forestry farmers' entrepreneurial intention, and put forward the countermeasures to effectively enhance their entrepreneurial intention according to the influence factors. The study found that their resources and the level of mental attitude is the main factor affecting forestry farmers' entrepreneurial intention. The government can use the method that increase the farmers' entrepreneurial resources and strengthen their mental attitude guidance to effectively improve their entrepreneurial intention.
