培哚普利对老年房颤患者窦性心律维持的有效性和安全性分析
摘要
目的:观察培哚普利对老年房颤窦性心律维持的有效性和安全性。方法确诊房颤患者60例,随机分为胺碘酮组和培哚普利组,两组均给予常规治疗房颤,培哚普利组加用培哚普利,进行随访、心电图、心电超声检查监测疗效。结果两组未发生严重不良反应,培哚普利组维持窦性心律效果明显高于胺碘酮(p<0.05);治疗后,培哚普利组的左心房内径小于胺碘酮组(p<0.05)。结论培哚普利有助于老年房颤患者转律后窦性心律维持,可显著减少左房内径,缩小P波离散度,具有安全性和有效性。
