摘要
论文以医院档案管理工作现状为出发点,结合现状从健全制度、改变管理方法等方面探讨了创新医院档案工作的具体途径,希望可以为医院相关档案管理工作者提供一些参考和意见。
Starting with the present situation of hospital archives management, this paper discusses the concrete ways of innovating hospital archives work from the aspects of perfecting the system and changing management methods, hoping to provide some references and opinions for hospital archives management workers.
