摘要
本文报告了使用争光霉素A5治疗小儿淋巴管瘤30例的临床结果.对争光霉素A_5的剂量、使用方法、治疗反应、注意事项作了详细介绍.
Thirty children,aged two months to seven years,suffering from lymphagioma were treated in Nanjing Children's Hospital since Jan.1985.Bleomycine A5 local injection into the lymphangioma was practiced in 5 cases.Among them,3 had a previous excision but recurred.Surgical partial resection of lymphangioma plus local injection were performed on 25 cases.The results were satisfactory in all cases.
