摘要
我科自1974～1983年对22例膀胱外翻及9例完全性尿道上裂做了功能性修复,术后17例(55%)能控制排尿,其中膀胱外翻术后的控制排尿率为45%.今报告并讨论于下.
Functional repair was performed in 22 cases of bladder exstrophy and 9 cases of complete epispadias from 1974 through 1983.There were 19 males and 12 females with the age ranged from 1.5 to 14 years.For anti incontinence,Leadbetter's operation was used in 27 cases.The penile lengthening operation was perfromed in 6 cases.Follow-up study showed that complete urinary control was obtained in 17 cases,partial incontinence in 5,complete incontinence in 4,cystoabdominal wall fistula in 3 cases and there were one failure and one death.Cystography was carried out postoperatively in 12 cases.Vesicoureteral reflux appeared in 10 of the 12 cases.The operative age,iliac osteotomy and penile lengthening were also discussed.
