摘要
身体疼痛是较常见的妊娠期不适,国内外研究证实在妊娠期进行正确的运动有助于疼痛缓解。妊娠期运动形式多样,针对不同身体部位疼痛的运动干预已在国内外开展,效果甚佳。受传统观念影响,中国孕妇对妊娠期运动的接受程度较低。本文总结妊娠期运动国内外开展状况、疼痛针对性运动形式、效果及安全性保障措施,并主张护理专业人员开展多专业合作性妊娠期运动调查与研究,促进妊娠期运动的实施与推广,以提升孕产服务质量。
Physical pain is a common uncomfortable symptom for pregnant women , and doing exercise for improving pain experience during pregnancy has been approved by national and international people .Exercise during pregnancy has various forms , and the exercise interventions of pain to different parts of the body have been carried out at domestic and abroad with favorable effect .Affected by the Chinese traditional recognition , the Chinese women′s acceptance of the exercise during pregnancy is low .This paper will summarize the exercise development during pregnancy of domestic and international , types of exercise for cutting pain , efficacy and safety of safeguard measures , and advocate nursing staff to carry out multi-specialty cooperation for investigation , promote the implementation and promotion of exercise during pregnancy so as to improve the service quality of pregnancy and delivery .
