摘要
虚拟设计是以计算机为手段,集虚拟现实技术为一体对产品进行设计,而公差原则是产品设计时尺寸公差及形位公差综合作用的结果;公差原则的应用决定着产品的质量及互换性。因此,在虚拟环境下应用不同的公差原则对于产品设计及造型具有现实指导意义。
Virtual design is the design and manufacture of products by means of computer and virtual reality.But the tolerance principle is the result of the comprehensive effect of dimension tolerance and geometric tolerances.Application of the tolerance principle determines the quality and interchangeability of products.Therefore,the application of different tolerance principles in virtual environment is of practical significance.
