摘要
设计了一种新型可变轮距运梁车以适应该线路中两种不同吨位箱梁的驮运,达到节省投资、合理利用资源的目的。介绍了该运梁车的基本结构组成,描述了其可变轮距结构设计原理和形式。对变轮距运梁车进行运动分析,建立了轮组转向模型,得出各轮组转角及最小转弯半径计算公式。结果表明,该可变轮距运梁车结构设计合理,能够满足施工需求,为运梁车的设计提供一种新思路。
To adapt to the box girder carrying of two different tonnages in the line,a new type of variable wheelbase trans-porting girder vehicle is designed with the purpose of saving investment and rational use of resources.This article introduces the basic structure of the transporting girder vehicle,describes the design principle and form of the variable wheelbase structure.Through motion analysis of the variable wheelbase transporting girder vehicle,wheel steering model is estab-lished,which obtains the wheelset angle and the calculation formula of the minimum turning radius.The result shows the reasonable structure design of the variable wheelbase transporting girder vehicle,which could meet the construction needs, and gives a new idea for the design of transporting girder vehicle.
