摘要
介绍了该公司轻油装车站台密闭装车过程中存在安全隐患、环境污染和资源浪费等问题。通过检测装车过程中油罐车帽口处油气泄漏量,对比锥形密封鹤管设备和充气式气囊密闭装车小鹤管结构特点等,采用膜分离法油气回收装置对挥发的有机油气进行吸收,优化了油气回收装置的主要设备和工艺运行条件,油气排放检测结果达到环保排放要求。
The potential safety hazards,pollution and resource wasting in the closed- loop tank car loading of light oils are introduced. The environmental protection requirements have been met by monitoring the oil vapor leakage at the outlet of tank car,comparison of construction characteristics of cone type sealing hose and closed- loop hose,application of membrane separation process for volatile oil vapor recovery,optimization of operating conditions of oil vapor recovery unit and main equipment and analysis of the operating results.
