摘要
介绍诱变育种方法在霉菌中的研究进展以及物理诱变、化学诱变、物理化学复合诱变的应用效果。研究表明,物理诱变方法比化学诱变方法应用广泛;利用物理诱变,适当结合化学诱变也取得不错效果。
The research progress of mutagenic breeding methods in mold was introduced. The effects of physical mutation, chemical mutation and physical-chemical compound mutation were introduced. Research showed that, physical mutation methods were more widely used than chemical methods, the use of physical mutation and the appropriate combination of chemical mutation also achieved good results.
