摘要
为研究合成出的氮杂查尔酮13C-NMR图谱,确证其结构,采用测定的13C-NMR图谱与对应查尔酮的相关文献报道及计算机分析软件模拟计算结果相对照,比较各碳在图谱中的化学位移。结果显示,得出了相关化合物13C-NMR图谱出峰顺序和规律,并丰富了波谱数据。由此可知,确证了化合物结构。
Objective to identify the13C-NMR chemical shift of azachalcones, and conform the Synthesized compounds as the lbjective ones; Method: Compare the spectrum data of the synthesized azachalcones with the reported chalcones' and the granted data emulated by computer estimation; Results: Acquire the the wave sequence and rules of azachalcone's spectrum, Besides,some new spectrum data of the compounds were discovered; Conclusion: Conform the synthetic compounds as the objective ones.
