摘要
通过分析以具体的城市设计导则引导片区整体开发模式在纽约巴特雷公园城的实践,探索如何在城市整体设计开发过程中,维持整体统一的建筑风貌,以保证公共空间为例,从分区规划、设计导则、实施进程、基于实际建设的实施评估几个方面入手,反思整体成片开发中用城市设计导则把控空间的优劣势,在此基础上分析国内整体开发的城市设计导则的现状及发展,并结合上海城市设计的发展现状及问题,思考未来上海城市设计的发展潜力.
The urban design includes the characters of systematicness and integrality.In China,the design progress is much more quickly based on the management and government policies.Otherwise,to make a whole aim by using a series of urban design guidelines is not a completely good idea.So this paper sets Battery Park City as an example to research how the zoning plan design guidelines works on this area,evaluating the project to find the relationship between the integrality design concept and the real construction situation.
