遗产酒店是遗产资源和传统酒店相结合衍生出的一种酒店业态,它是基于产业融合理论而建立的一种新型的遗产保护模式和酒店发展方式。在酒店市场业态不断丰富的情况下,企业根据消费者需求的变化灵活改变经营方式已经成为竞争的必需。故本文就多业态经营环境下遗产酒店的经营模式和发展方向进行论述,旨在为遗产酒店对接目标市场提供依据。
Heritage hotel is a kind of hotel industry that combines heritage resources and ho-tels,it is a new kind of heritage protection mode and hotel development mode based on indus-try integration theory. Under the condition that the hotel market is continuously enriched, it isnecessary for enterprises to change their operation mode flexibly according to the change of con-sumer demand. Therefore,this paper will discuss the development of heritage hotel in the multi-business environment,which aims to provide the basis for the hotel's target market.
