摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用C18色谱柱和紫外可变波长检测器,在215nm波长下对30%甲霜灵·嘧菌酯悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,在该分析方法下,甲霜灵和嘧菌酯的线性相关系数分别为0.999 4和0.999 1,标准偏差分别为0.04和0.03,变异系数分别为0.15%和0.64%,平均回收率分别为99.87%和99.67%。
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of metalaxyl and azoxystrobin in30%SC by HPLC was described with methanol and water as mobile phase,C_(18) column with UV detector at 215 nm wavelength.The result showed that the linear correlation was 0.999 4 and0.999 1,the standard deviation was 0.04 and 0.03,the coefficient of variation was 0.15%and0.64%,the average recovery was 99.87%and 99.67%,respectively.
