三元复合溶液在偏心配注器喷嘴中流动流场的数值分析

摘要 为了解决三元复合驱由于二类油层层间差异大,注入同一种分子量聚合物的三元复合溶液易导致中低渗透层堵塞的问题,研制了喷嘴结构分质注入工具对聚合物分子量进行剪切,从而实现聚合物分子量与油层渗透率的合理匹配,提高油层动用程度。通过FLUNET数值模拟软件对三元复合溶液在偏心配注器喷嘴中流动的流场进行了数值计算,分析了喷嘴直径与流场速度分布、压力分布及视黏度分布的关系。数值结果表明,喷嘴直径是影响分质注入工具性能的主要影响因素。数值分析结果为工具优化提供了重要理论依据。 In order to solve the asp flooding,because of the large difference between the second type oil layers of filling it with the same molecular weight of polymer ternary composite easy to cause the clogging in low permeable formation,high quality injection nozzle structure is developed tools to shear of polymer molecular weight,so as to realize the reasonable matching of polymer molecular weight and reservoir permeability,improve the degree of reservoir with.Through FLUNET numerical simulation software of ternary composite solution in eccentric injection allocation device flows through the nozzle flow field in numerical calculation,analyses the nozzle diameter and flow field velocity distribution,pressure distribution and the relationship between the distribution of apparent viscosity.The numerical results show that the nozzle diameter is main influencing factors of influencing the performances of high quality injection tools.The results of numerical analysis optimization provide an important theoretical basis for the tool.
