摘要
为满足汽车高速转弯行驶时的理想转向操控性和安全性、灵敏性,分析汽车双行星齿轮机构主动转向系统变传动比特性。通过选择合适的横摆角速度增益值设计理想变传动比曲线及转向角叠加曲线,并采用基于电流环、转速环的双环串级PID控制策略对主动转向助转角电机特性进行了仿真分析,结果表明:该控制策略能有效改善汽车主动转向系统的助力转角电机的电流响应速度、超调量、峰值时间以及转速响应时间和车辆路径跟踪效果,从而提高汽车转向灵敏性和操稳性。
To satisfy the ideal handling stability, security, sensitivity, and analyze the variable transmission ratio characteristics of dual planetary gear mechanism active steering system,which is required by the driver at high speed steering. By choosing appropriate yawing angular velocity gain value to design the ideal variable transmission ratio and the superposition of steering Angle curve. Active steering assisted angle motor characteristics is based on the current loop, speed loop and double loop cascade PID control strategy, which is designed by the simulation analysis curve. The results show that:the control strategy can effectively improve the power Angle of the motor current response speed, overshoot volume, peak time and speed response time and vehicle routing tracking effect of the active steering system, so as to improve the vehicle steering sensitivity and stability.
