摘要
为了改善目前货代教学领域普遍存在的工学不相通,重理论轻实务,毕业生动手能力不强的现状。笔者从货代岗位人才需求出发,从课程教材、教学内容、教学手段、评价体系等方面着手,建立了一整套全新的国际货运代理课程体系,以期通过以上改革提高学生的实际操作能力,为企业输送与岗位能力相符的专业人才。
Currently, the International Freight Forwarders Course has the following problems: zero communication between work and study, more emphasis on theory than on practice and weak operational capacity of graduates. This paper, based on the position demand from the enterprises, has established a brand-new International Freight Forwarders course system from the following four aspects: teaching material, teaching contents, teaching method and evaluation system. It aims to improve students' operational capacity and cultivate more qualified talents for enterprises.
