摘要
目的 :探讨荧光素钠引导切除脑胶质瘤的临床效果。方法 :选择我院脑胶质瘤患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例;对照组采用常规显微外科肿瘤切除的方法进行手术,观察组采用荧光素钠引导肿瘤切除的方法进行手术;比较两组患者的手术情况、手术前后的KPS评分和手术之后的追踪随访情况。结果 :观察组患者的肿瘤全切例数多于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,术后住院时间短于对照组,且差异有统计学意义;两组患者手术后的KPS评分均好于手术前,且手术后观察组患者的KPS评分好于对照组,且差异有统计学意义;观察组患者术后恢复情况好于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论 :荧光素钠引导的肿瘤切除术可以显著提高脑胶质瘤的全切率,缩短患者的手术时间和术后住院时间,并有助于患者的术后恢复,对促进患者的生命健康、提高患者的生活质量,有着极其重要的意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of sodium fluorescein guided resection of glioma. Methods Choice of 80 cases of our hospital patients with glioma, were randomly divided to observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group using conventional microsurgical tumor resection of the surgical methods, observation group us-ing fluorescein sodium guide excision of the tumor surgery;after compared two groups of patients with operation situation, be-fore and after the operation of the KPS score and surgical follow-up. Results Observation of patients with tumor total resection cases number more than that of the control group, the operation time short in control group, postoperative hospitalization time is short than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant;after surgery in both groups of patients with KPS scores were better than the preoperative and postoperative observation of KPS score in group of patients is better than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant;observation group patients after recovery of good than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant . Conclusion Fluorescein sodium guided tumor resection can sig-nificantly improve the total resection rate of glioma, shorten the operation time and postoperative hospital stay, and contribute to the postoperative recovery of patients, to promote the health of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, has an extremely important significance.
