摘要
急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)、支气管肺发育不良(bronchopulmonary dysplasia,BPD)、肺纤维化是影响早产儿存活的常见严重并发症.微小RNA(microRNA)通过作用于靶mRNA,调节基因表达,从而影响肺微血管的生发及肺泡的成熟,参与肺损伤相关疾病的发生发展过程.近年来,miRNA检测手段逐步提升,其作为循环标志物可行性不断增加.该文综述miRNA与肺损伤相关研究的最新进展,旨在进一步探究miRNA与肺发育及损伤修复的关系,拓展早产儿肺损伤相关疾病的预防和诊疗思路.
Acute respiratory distress syndrome,bronchopulmonary dysplasia,and pulmonary fibrosis are common and serious diseases which affect the survival rate of preterm infants.MicroRNA (miRNA) can regulate the expression of genes through the target mRNA and affect the growth of lung tissue,participating in the process of lung injury-related diseases.In recent years,miRNA detection methods have been gradually improved,making it more feasible as a circulatory marker.This article summarizes recent progress of miRNA and lung injury in order to explore the relationship between miRNA with lung development and injury repair,and to expand the prevention and treatment in lung injury related diseases of preterm infants.
