α干扰素雾化吸入的临床研究进展 被引量:7

Updates on nebulized inhalation of interferon alpha in clinical research

摘要 干扰素具有广谱的抗病毒及免疫调节作用,主要分为α、β和γ三种类型,其中α干扰素广泛应用于临床中治疗儿童病毒感染相关性疾病.目前有临床研究已经证实,与其他抗病毒药物相比,肌肉注射α干扰素具有更好的临床疗效.近年来研究发现,雾化吸入α干扰素可以使药物直达靶器官,起效更快,不良反应更少,对于儿童具有更好的依从性,是治疗呼吸系统疾病的重要手段.因此,该文拟对近年来雾化吸入α干扰素在治疗由病毒引起的儿童相关系统疾病的研究及进展情况进行综述,为儿科医生临床应用雾化吸人α干扰素提供更全面的参考. Interferon has a broad spectrum of anti-viral and immunomodulatory effects,and is mainly divided into three types of alpha,beta and gamma,of which interferon alpha is widely used in clinical treatment of childhood viral-related diseases.Current clinical studies have confirmed that intramuscular injection of interferon alpha has better clinical efficacy than other antiviral drugs.In recent years,studies have found that aerosolized inhaled alpha interferon can make the drug reach the target organ more quickly and with fewer adverse reactions.It has better compliance for children and is an important means for the treatment of respiratory diseases.Therefore,this article reviews the research progresses of nebulized inhalation of interferon alpha in the treatment of children-related system diseases caused by the virus in recent years,providing a more comprehensive reference for the clinical application of nebulized inhalation of interferon alpha.
