摘要
MRI为儿科影像检查中最重要的手段,具有很好的空间分辨率和时间分辨率,可呈现良好的解剖图像.通过弥散张量成像、磁共振波谱等功能MRI,可辅助鉴别缺血、缺氧、炎症、代谢性疾病等,尤其有助于评估HIE患儿的严重程度及神经预后.该综述基于国内外最新的研究进展,总结MRI尤其是功能MRI在HIE患儿神经预后评估中的价值.
MRI is one of the most important method in paediatric neuroimaging and can provide an ex-cellent anatomical overview with good spatial and temporal resolution. Meanwhile,it allows investigations of the blood vessels as well as three-dimensional structure. Diffusion-weighted imaging and magnetic resonance spec-troscopy are functional MRI,and they can differentiate many abnormalities,such as,ischemia,anoxia,inflamma-tion etc. Especially in patients with HIE,MRI helps assessing the severity of HIE and neurodevelopment progno-sis. This article reviews the brain MRI in predicting the neurodevelopment of infants and children with hypoxic-ischemic disease.
