摘要
大学生成长需求在不断更新和增长,我国高校人才培养需要与大学生成长历程相结合,因此成长教育是我国高等教育的研究热点。湖南省自开展院级成长辅导室项目以来,以培养学生阳光心态为起点,关注学生成长历程,帮助学生解决成长问题。本文从成长辅导室平台建设为基础,探索出成长教育的"三位一体"教育模式,充实教育形式,为我国高校人才培养发展提供借鉴。
The growry need of college students is always updating and increasing,the talents cultivation must be combination with college students development in our country,so the people development education is the popular point in our university education recently.Since academy development counseling room program had been build,this program was focus on cultivate students for positive attitude,pay attention to their experience and help them solving problems.This paper will analyse"Three Methods and One Point"model of college students development education,enrich the ways of education and provide suggestions to the talents cultivation development.
