防腐防偏磨一体化技术在吐鲁番油田的应用

摘要 吐鲁番油田油藏类型复杂,受井型、采出液性质影响,油井腐蚀、结垢、偏磨问题突出,检泵周期短成为制约油井正常生产的突出问题。通过研究设计防腐防偏磨一体化技术即组合使用聚乙烯内衬油管、包覆抽油杆、防磨接箍,检泵周期大幅度提高,现场统计应用防腐防偏磨一体化技术22口井,有效率100%,最大延长检泵周期311天,该技术的应用提高了采油时率、降低了维护成本,在吐鲁番油田展示了良好的推广应用前景。 The Turpan oilfield is characterized by complex reservoir types. Influenced well by local types and production fluid properties, the problems of corrosion, scaling and side wearing are prominent, allowing the pumping inspection cycle has become the primary obstacle that restricts the normal production of oil wells. By designing and researching the integrated corrosion and side-wearing resistant technology that used a combination of polyethylene lined tubing, wrapped pumping rod, and anti-friction clamps, the pumping inspection period has been significantly prolonged. Field trials validated that the effective rate achieved 100% by applying our integrated corrosion and side-wearing resistant technology in 22 oil wells, and the maximum pump inspection period was successfully extended to 311 days. The development and application of this technology have promoted oil recovery efficiency and reduced maintenance costs, showing promising prospects in Turpan Oilfield.
