摘要 Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma (CSCC) is a common skin malignancy with increasing incidence year by year and is the leading cause of death in patients with skin tumors other than melanoma. The pathogenesis of Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma has not yet been clarified, limiting the development of related molecular targeted therapies. Surgical resection, radiotherapy, photodynamic therapy and gene therapy can be selected according to the site of disease and histological differentiation. This article reviews the research on the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of squamous cell carcinoma in recent years.
