摘要
本文基于对在用车OBD检查主要内容及流程的研究,检查并分析了1010辆在用车的OBD检查结果,发现柴油车的故障率高于汽油车;车辆OBD通讯失败的主要原因是OBD接口针脚出厂不规范和诊断仪设备覆盖率不全;OBD不合格的主要原因是车辆ECU读取的故障指示器状态与实际目测的状态不一致;车辆的当前故障和冻结帧故障集中在氧传感器和催化器故障。
Based on the research on the main content and process of OBD system inspection of in-use vehicles, this article analyzes the OBD system inspection results of 1010 in-use vehicles and finds that: the failure rate of diesel vehicles is higher than that of gasoline vehicles;the main reason for the failure of OBD connection of vehicles is that the Data Link Connectors are not standardized in the factory and the coverage of diagnostic equipment is incomplete;the main reason for OBD failure is the status of the malfunction indicator light read by the ECU and the actual state of visual inspection is inconsistent;the current fault code and the freeze frame fault are concentrated on the oxygen sensor and the catalyst.
