高校师范生既是当下立德树人的教育对象,也承担着立德树人的重要使命。才为德之资,德为才之帅,师范生培养是育人和育德相统一的过程,即育人之本在于立德。构建“显隐互融、四模四体”师德养成教育体系,设置课堂育德、实践育德、活动育德、文化育德四个模块,搭建课堂教育主渠道载体、践行体验主路径载体、社团活动主平台载体、文化浸润主旋律载体,强化师范生师德养成和职业教育理想。College normal students are not only the educational targets for cultivating morality and talents, but also bear the important mission of cultivating morality and talents. Talent is the capital of virtue, and virtue is the leader of talent. The cultivation of normal students is a process of integrating education and morality, that is, the foundation of education lies in moral character. Build an education system for cultivating teacher ethics through the integration of explicit and implicit elements, as well as the four models and four bodies. This system includes four modules: classroom education, practical education, activity education, and cultural education. It establishes the main channel carrier for classroom education, the main path carrier for practical experience, the main platform carrier for club activities, and the main theme carrier for cultural infiltration. The goal is to strengthen the cultivation of teacher ethics and the ideal of vocational education for teacher candidates.
