基于校企合作模式的中小学农事劳动教育课程创新研究

摘要 在全面贯彻落实党的教育方针,构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系的背景下,劳动教育课程创新在中小学阶段的重要意义日益凸显。从当前劳动教育的具体实践来看,仍存在课程设置欠丰富、实践环节不充分、实施环境受局限等问题,难以支撑以劳树德、增智、强体、育美、创新的综合育人功能。基于校企合作的视角,本文尝试探寻一条既能拓展农业企业社会化服务功能,又能以农事劳动为载体,整合校内外教育资源、丰富课程内容、创新教学方式与方法的校企共建共享型农事劳动教育课程体系,以期为提升劳动教育课程实效性提供实践参考。 Under the background of comprehensively carrying out the Party’s educational policy and building an education system of all-round cultivation of morality, intelligence, physique, the United States and labor, the importance of curriculum innovation in labor education in primary and secondary schools has become increasingly prominent. From the specific practice of current labor education, there are still some problems, such as insufficient curriculum, insufficient practice, limited implementation environment, etc. It is difficult to support the comprehensive education function of cultivating morality, enhancing intelligence, strengthening body, cultivating beauty and innovating. Based on the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper tries to explore a school-enterprise co-construction and sharing agricultural labor education curriculum system that can not only expand the social service function of agricultural enterprises, but also take agricultural labor as the carrier to integrate educational resources inside and outside the school, enrich the curriculum content, and innovate the teaching methods and methods, in order to provide practical reference for improving the effectiveness of labor education curriculum.
