厚植新生代乡村教师的乡土情怀

摘要 新生代乡村教师作为乡村教育的主力军,厚植新生代乡村教师的乡土情怀具有重要意义,它既是有利于新生代乡村教师推动乡村振兴,也是有利于新生代乡村教师扎根乡村教育,更是激发新生代乡村教师专业发展内生动力。为此,通过完善政府职能机制、健全人文关怀体系、扩充自身乡土知识,以增强新生代乡村教师的乡土认同感、重塑新生代乡村教师的乡土归属感及提升新生代乡村教师的乡土责任感实践路径,厚植新生代乡村教师的乡土情怀。 As the main force of rural education, it is of great significance to cultivate the local sentiment of the new generation of rural teachers. It is not only conducive to the new generation of rural teachers to promote rural revitalization, but also conducive to the new generation of rural teachers to take root in rural education, but also to stimulate the endogenous motivation of the new generation of rural teachers’ professional development. To this end, by improving the government’s functional mechanism, improving the humanistic care system, and expanding their own local knowledge, in order to enhance the local identity of the new generation of rural teachers, reshape the local belonging of the new generation of rural teachers, and enhance the local responsibility of the new generation of rural teachers, the local sentiment of the new generation of rural teachers can be cultivated.
