摘要 中国教育培训机构经历了数十年的发展,于2021年因“双减”政策的颁布而戛然而止。教育培训虽然埋藏着巨大隐患,但也酝酿过辉煌成果,若将这些凝结着教育工作者智慧的成果弃如敝履,也是不明智的。文章利用行动研究法去探究北京某头部教培公司中教研产品生产、学生培养两方面的方法、手段、策略,剖析其中对中国教育有所裨益和有所危害之处。有所裨益之处可以收纳于学校教育中,使学生获益,危害之处则警示教育界,莫要重蹈覆辙。 Chinese education and training institutions have undergone decades of development, which came to a halt in 2021 with the implementation of the “Double Reduction” policy. While education and training carry significant risks, they have also yielded remarkable achievements. It would be unwise to disregard the valuable accomplishments born out of the wisdom of educational professionals. This article applies the action research methodology to investigate the methods, approaches, and strategies employed in the production of educational research products and student development within a leading education and training company in Beijing. It analyzes the benefits and potential hazards of these practices for Chinese education. The identified benefits can be integrated into school education to benefit students, while the identified hazards serve as a warning to educational practitioners to avoid repeating mistakes.
