“双一流”建设下面向卓越工程师培养的研究生学术诚信教育实践举措的探索与创新

摘要 作为提升国家教育实力的战略举措,"双一流"建设任务的重要目标是培养拔尖创新人才。研究生学术诚信教育作为卓越工程师培养的首要工作,对于提升人才培养质量和深化研究生教改具有重大意义。因此,本文探讨学校、学院、导师在研究生学术诚信教育实践中的职责,深度结合我校“信息与通信工程”学科研究生人才的实际培养过程,探索培养实践、科研实践、社会实践过程中对学术诚信教育的具体需求和方法举措,构建“三足鼎立”的研究生学术诚信教育实践体系。 As a strategic measure to enhance the educational strength of the country, the important goal of the “First-class universities and disciplines of the world” construction is to cultivate top-notch innovative talents. Postgraduate academic integrity education, as the primary task of training outstanding engineers, is of great significance for improving the quality of personnel training and deepening postgraduate teaching reform. Therefore, the responsibilities of universities, colleges, and supervi-sors in the practice of postgraduate academic integrity education are discussed in this paper. The paper is deeply combined with the actual training process of postgraduate talents in the discipline of “Information and Communication Engineering” in our school. The specific needs and methods of academic honesty education in the process of training practice, scientific practice, and social practice are explored in this paper. Finally, a “three pillars” postgraduate academic integrity education practice system is constructed.
