摘要
计算教育学是在以计算机和先进信息网络为基础环境下,研究以大数据为支撑的个人与群体的学习和教学行为,建立面向教育全过程的数学模型;计算教育学是以量化教育数据为研究对象,以计算为主要研究方法的新兴学科。服务科学是科学,其研究对象是服务关系、服务过程和服务系统。因为服务系统中有物也有人,所以服务科学兼具自然科学和社会科学的特性,是一种交叉学科。该文综合运用自然科学与人文社会科学的研究方法,着力探索多学科深度交叉融合、联合攻关的新方法、新模式,将计算教育学与服务科学有机结合,开拓“面向服务的计算教育学”研究的新领域、新方向、新发现,以促进“面向服务的计算教育学”研究中规律性和机制性的理论突破,发展面向未来教育的颠覆性新方法、新技术与新应用。
Computational education is based on computer and advanced information network environment, studying the learning and teaching behavior of individuals and groups supported by big data, and establishing a mathematical model for the whole process of education. Computational education is a new subject with quantitative educational data as its research object and computation as its main research method. Service science is a science, and its research objects are service relationship, service process and service system. Because there are things and people in the service system, service science is an interdisciplinary subject with the characteristics of natural science and social science. This paper comprehensively uses the research methods of natural science and humanities and social science, focuses on exploring new methods and models of deep interdisciplinary integration and joint research, organically combines computational education with service science, and explores new fields, new directions and new discoveries of “Service-oriented Computational Education” research to promote the theoretical breakthrough of regularity and mechanism in the research of “Service-oriented Computational Education”, and to develop new subversive methods, new technologies and new applications for future-oriented education.
