山区少数民族教育现状——以下溪中小学为例

摘要 民族平等、团结和共同繁荣是中国共产党领导下的多民族国家始终坚持的方针。但是在历史、经济、政治、文化、地理等各种因素的影响之下,我国的教育水平发展呈现了一种不平衡的教育现状。这样的状况制约着各个少数民族地区的教育发展,也不利于我国各民族共同进步。本文以笔者实习的山区下溪中小学为例,采取案例及文献研究的方法,浅析少数民族地区的教育中学生、家庭、学校的现状,分析这些问题的原因及提出对策,从而为促进少数民族地区的教育发展,补齐我国的教育发展短板,促进我国教育水平的整体提升,促进各民族的共同繁荣提供一些参考。 Ethnic equality, unity and common prosperity are the principles that the multi-ethnic country under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has always adhered to. However, under the influence of various factors such as history, economy, politics, culture and geography, the development of China’s education level presents an unbalanced educational situation. Such a situation restricts the educational development of ethnic minority areas and is not conducive to the common progress of all ethnic groups in China. Taking Xiaxi primary and secondary schools in mountainous areas as an example, this paper analysed the current educational situation of middle school students, families and schools of ethnic minorities in mountainous areas, and analysed the causes of these problems and put forward countermeasures, so as to provide some references for promoting the educational development of ethnic minorities in mountainous areas, making up for the short-comings of China’s educational development, promoting the overall improvement of China’s educational level and promoting the common prosperity of all ethnic groups.
