摘要
基础课程在高校人才培养过程中发挥着不可替代的重要作用,而基础课程教师的教学能力则是直接影响学生能否学好基础课程的关键。本文针对目前应用型高校中基础课程教师在授课过程中存在的不足,提出了几点教学能力提升路径,对于教师发展和课程建设具有一定参考和借鉴意义。
Basic courses always play an important role during the talent cultivation in colleges and universities, thus teaching ability of the basic courses teacher is the key factor, which directly affects students’ learning about basic courses. In this paper, according to current problems of basic courses teacher in application-oriented universities, some strategies about promoting teaching ability are presented, that have guiding significance for the development of teacher and construction of course.
