摘要
目的:探讨颅内表皮样囊肿(Epidermoid Cysts)的临床特点、影像诊断、治疗方案。方法:对收治的1例颅内表皮样囊肿临床表现、影像表现及治疗方案进行分析,并复习相关文献。结果:患者行开颅肿瘤切除术,术后病理示颅内表皮样囊肿。结论:EC是临床上比较罕见的颅内良性肿瘤,无特征性临床表现,CT显示低密度影像,增强无变化,MRI检查Flair像和DWI像有助于确诊。治疗方案首选手术治疗。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features, imaging diagnosis and treatment of Intracranial Epidermal Cysts. Methods: The clinical manifestations, imaging findings and treatment options of one case of intracranial epidermoid cyst were analyzed and related literatures were reviewed. Results: The patient underwent craniotomy and the pathological findings showed intracranial ep-idermoid cysts. Conclusion: EC is a clinically rare intracranial benign tumor with no characteristic clinical manifestations. CT shows low-density images with no change in enhancement. MRI exam-ination of Flair images and DWI images is helpful for diagnosis. Surgical treatment is preferred for treatment options.
