摘要
乡村振兴是实现共同富裕的必经之路,人才振兴是乡村振兴的基础工程。大学生助力乡村振兴既是传承共产党重视三农的历史传统,又是农业农村现代化建设的现实需要。然而,当前大学生助力乡村振兴还面临着三农情怀不够深、农村就业意愿弱、人才振兴机制不健全等方面的挑战,需要我们从涵养学生三农情怀、优化乡村就业创业环境、健全乡村人才振兴机制等方面探索大学生助力乡村振兴的现实路径。
Rural revitalization is the only way to achieve common prosperity, and talent revitalization is the basic project of rural revitalization. College students’ contribution to rural revitalization is not only the inheritance of the historical tradition that the Communist Party attaches importance to agriculture, rural areas and farmers, but also the realistic need for the modernization of agriculture and rural areas. However, at present, college students are still facing the challenges of insufficient feelings of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, weak willingness to employment in rural areas, imperfect mechanism of talent revitalization and so on. It is necessary for us to explore the realistic path for college students to help rural revitalization from the aspects of cultivating students’ feelings of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, optimizing rural employment and entrepreneurial environment, perfecting the mechanism of rural talent revitalization and so on.
