摘要
乳房由皮肤、皮下组织和乳腺组织构成,位于胸骨边缘和腋中线之间,是一游离于脏腑系统之外的器官,其所部有多条经络循行,其中足阳明经之直者穿乳下行,病则可有乳房疼痛的表现,而足阳明经之络病也可引起乳房疼痛;手厥阴经之络,在胸部的走行路线上应体表的乳房,则乳房所部皮肤为其皮部,络病可引起乳房疼痛,而手厥阴之经病也可引起乳房疼痛。总之,乳房由经络所属,病则多有疼痛的表现,其发病机制前人虽有论述但语焉不详。本文从足阳明和手厥阴之经络的角度出发试分析乳房疼痛的发生机制,以期为乳房疼痛的诊断及治疗提供一定的参考。
The breast is composed of skin, subcutaneous tissue and breast tissue, which is located between the sternum margin and the axillary midline. It is an organ that is free from the viscera system, and many meridians are circulating in its part. Among them, those with the straight meridian of Foot Yangming pass through the breast and suffer from breast pain, and the collateral disease of Foot Yangming meridian can also cause breast pain. Collaterals of the meridian of hand Jueyin should correspond to the breast on the chest, so the skin of the breast is its skin. Collateral diseases can cause breast pain, and meridian diseases of hand Jueyin can also cause breast pain. In short, the breast belongs to the meridians, and the disease often shows pain. Although its pathogenesis has been discussed by predecessors, it is not clear. The following is to try to analyze the mechanism of breast pain from the perspective of the meridians of foot Yangming and hand Jueyin, in order to provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of breast pain.
