摘要
下肢静脉溃疡(VLU)是一种外科常见病、多发病,因好发于臁骨,故中医学称之为“臁疮”。其患病率呈逐年上升趋势,并逐渐引起人们的关注。通过翻阅大量文献,本文总结了近年来中医外治、西医外治、中西医结合外治法治疗下肢静脉溃疡的疗效予以总结并提出展望。
Lower limb venous ulcer (VLU) is a common surgical disease and frequent occurrence. Because it tends to occur in the hip bone, Chinese medicine calls it “Ecthyma”. Its prevalence is increasing year by year and is gradually attracting attention. By reviewing a lot of literature, this paper summarizes the efficacy of the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, external treatment of Western medicine, and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of venous ulcers of the lower extremities in recent years, and puts forward prospects.
