摘要
目的:观察中药汤剂联合雷火灸贴治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:在获得患者知情同意,签署知情同意书且获得医院伦理委员会批准后,于2019年6月至2021年6月在本院门诊选取50例年龄13~28岁女性原发性痛经患者,依据随机数字表进行分组,随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组25位原发性痛经患者在医师的指导下采用中药汤剂联合雷火灸贴治疗,配方抓取中药,每次水煎400 ml,早、晚饭后各服用200 ml。对照组患者采用口服西药布洛芬缓释胶囊止痛治疗,月经期间服用,一次1粒,一日2次。从而对比分析治疗组与对照组患者在用药后的临床治疗效果以及预后情况。结果:治疗组在采用中药汤剂联合雷火灸贴治疗三个月后,痛经症状好转,患者气色好转,精、气、神足,及预后好,治愈率占88%,总有效率占100%。对照组在采用口服西药布洛芬缓释胶囊止痛治疗后,患者痛经症状缓和,但预后差,易反复,治标不治本,治愈率占32%,总有效率占52%。结论:本次观察中药汤剂联合雷火灸贴治疗原发性痛经较单纯口服西药布洛芬缓释胶囊疗效显著,预后佳,值得临床应用推广。
Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese Medicine decoction combined with Leihuo moxibustion paste in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Method: After obtaining the pa-tient’s informed consent, signing the informed consent and obtaining the approval of the hospital ethics committee, from June 2019 to June 2021, 50 women aged 13~28 years old with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into Treatment Group (N = 25) and Control Group (N = 25), in the treatment group, 25 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were treated by TCM decoction combined with moxibustion on thunder fire under the guidance of doctors. The formula grabs the Chinese medicine, 400 ml water decoction each time, 200 ml each after breakfast and dinner. Patients in the control group were treated with oral Ibuprofen sustained-release capsule for pain relief, taking one tablet twice a day during menstruation. The clinical effect and prognosis of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Result: In the Treatment Group, the symptoms of dysmenorrhea improved, the patients’ complexion improved, and the prognosis was good. The cure rate was 88% and the total effective rate was 100%. In the Control Group, the symptoms of dysmenorrhea were relieved, but the prognosis was poor, the symptoms were easy to be repeated, the cure rate was 32%, the total effective rate was 52%. Conclusion: This observation of traditional Chinese Medicine decoction combined with Leihuo moxibustion paste treatment of primary dysmenorrhea than simple oral Ibuprofen sustained-release capsule significant effect, good prognosis, is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
