摘要
本文从“先后天之本论”的角度出发,认为糖尿病肾病病位以脾肾为主,以气血阴阳亏虚为本,痰饮、瘀血、湿热、浊毒等内伏为标,正虚邪伏,总属本虚标实、虚实夹杂之证。纵观临床,糖尿病肾病的治疗始终与脾肾两脏关系密切,本文基于先后天之本论浅谈糖尿病肾病从脾肾论治,以期为临床中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的应用提供理论基础。
From the point of view of the theory of “The Origin of Nature and Nurture”, this article holds that the position of diabetic nephropathy is mainly spleen and kidney, with Qi, blood, yin and yang deficiency as the basis. Phlegm, blood stasis, dampness heat, turbidity, toxin and so on are the targets. Throughout clinical practice, the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has always been closely related to the two organs of the spleen and kidney. Based on the theory of nature, this article discusses the treatment of diabetic nephropathy from the spleen and kidney, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
