摘要
知识管理视角下人才信息云平台基于对人才信息的统一整理,依据信息科学将人才核心价值信息进行提取,在管理科学的基础上进行进一步的整理,期望在能够降低人才资源管理者(HR)获取信息的时间成本的同时提高信息的价值。本系统主要从人才的科研成果方面进行分析,结合人才的基本信息,学习经历等信息立体呈现人才的成长曲线,为人才资源管理者(HR)们做出决策给予数据支持。本平台主要是为了给各种机构、单位和公司与不同专业人才提供一个沟通效率高、时间成本低的信息平台。本平台将从平台的需求分析,系统设计进行建模。分别使用UML用例图,包图来进行软件需求分析,软件体系。
From the perspective of knowledge management, the talent information cloud platform is based on the unified arrangement of talent information, extracts the core value information of talents according to information science, and further organizes on the basis of management science.
