基于风环境模拟的居住区规划优化研究——以江西省宜春市某居住区规划方案为例

摘要 双碳背景下居住区规划设计的室外环境营造显得格外重要,风环境是组成室外环境中的重要部分,良好的风环境不仅能够提高居民舒适度,还能节约能源减少碳排放量。以江西省宜春市某居住区规划方案为例,结合原始气象数据,运用CFD软件Phoenics对规划初期方案进行风环境模拟。参照绿色建筑评价标准,对居住区室外风速、风压、空气龄进行分析,得到现有风环境存在的问题并提出改善措施,得到满足热舒适要求的居住区优化方案,为城市居住区规划设计提供参考借鉴。 Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, the outdoor environment of residential area planning and design is particularly important, and the wind environment is an important part of the outdoor environment, which can not only improve the comfort of residents, but also save energy and reduce carbon emissions. Taking the planning scheme of a residential area in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province as an example, combined with the original meteorological data, the CFD software Phoenics was used to simulate the wind environment of the initial planning scheme. Referring to the evaluation standards of green buildings, the outdoor wind speed, wind pressure and air age of residential areas are analyzed, the existing problems of the existing wind environment are obtained, improvement measures are proposed, and the optimization scheme of residential areas that meet the requirements of thermal comfort is obtained, which provides reference for the planning and design of urban residential areas.
