国家提出京津冀协同发展战略,生态屏障建设是推动京津冀协同发展的重要基础。天津市从京津冀协同发展的大生态、大环境、大系统着眼,以实际行动践行习近平生态文明思想,高标准建设京津冀东部绿色生态屏障建设。本文从天津绿色生态屏障建设项目的基本情况出发,介绍了天津绿色生态屏障建设项目的基本原则,分析了天津绿色生态屏障建设以来取得的成效和价值意蕴。
The state has proposed a coordinated development strategy for Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, and the construction of ecological barriers is an important foundation for promoting the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei.
