摘要
人口,是我国经济社会运行中具有主观能动性的关键经济主体。因此,人口年龄结构的变动势必会引起经济结构的变动。基于人口老龄化的背景,本文采取定性分析法,对养老产业的发展进行研究。首先,描述和分析人口老龄化和养老产业的现状;其次,提出当前我国养老产业的发展机遇;最后,本文试图从转变政府职能、加强社会宣传、整合社会资源和加强人才队伍建设四个方面为发展养老产业提出建议。
Population is the key economic subject with subjective initiative in my country’s economic and social operation. Therefore, changes in the age structure of the population will inevitably lead to changes in the economic structure. Based on the background of population aging, this paper adopts qualitative analysis method to study the development of pension industry. First, describe and analyze the current situation of population aging and the pension industry;secondly, put forward the development opportunities of my country’s pension industry;finally, this paper attempts to provide suggestions for the development of the pension industry from the aspects of transforming government functions, strengthening social publicity, integrating social resources and strengthening talent team construction.
